Meet The Team
My passion for animals and interest in serving others inspired my decision to become a professional pet sitter. I founded Chuck's Mutts & Co in 2016, and have been providing midtown Toronto with loyal and loving pet services ever since. We were fortunate enough to grow to a physical location in 2019 to offer even more services. I have been working with dogs and animals for several decades now. Though I had a dog at the age of 5 wanting to really work with animals began when I fell in to fostering wild animals near my cottage on Georgian Bay. I moved to more "domestic" animals as I became a foster parent with the Toronto Humane Society for several years and worked with some very hard cases. After graduating university I decided to focus on dogs and rescue full time. I began my own rescue and doing the pick ups of dogs alone. Since 2014 I have driven thousands of kms and rescued over 300 dogs, so far. I know how important each and everyone one of these lives are. If I'm not walking my groups, or transporting rescue dogs, then I am studying or working with my own pups. I've noticed that I have been able to have a great connection with all of the dogs I've worked with or even rescued for adoption, and so I am pursuing my dream of becoming a dog trainer and behaviourist. I will use my own two rescue dogs often with various groups or even in one on one situations. They are both characters on their own and love to help out when they can. I can’t wait to meet your furry friend.
